Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and ready to be shipped within 1-2 weeks [but usually only 2~5 business days] upon receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping cost is free for almost orders, we mainly use DHL/Fedex/UPs express for shipping. For some special items (E.g.: very large items, we will need to discuss with you via email).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
NeonViber is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.
Damages and Lost
NeonViber is not responsible for any products lost in transit or stolen after the package has been delivered. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once a claim has been made, please contact us and refer to the Refund Policy for more instructions.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
